The Replant Wife Team is a group of women in ministry, both pastor wives and ministry wives, who exist to equip and encourage wives whose husbands are Replanting or Revitalizing a declining church. We understand the sacrifices to self and family that are made to ensure the stability of God’s Church. We espouse the Replant motto of Preach, Pray, Love, Stay - all the while knowing that at times loneliness creeps in, overwhelm looms large, and the urge to give up is strong.
We are neither bible scholars nor ministry experts, but we are strong women of the faith who have been molded and stretched by being in the trenches of Replant and/or Revitalization.
We are here for you. We pray regularly for you. We know the Lord has equipped you for this ministry and want to encourage you to keep going. We pray that this book, each chapter a snippet of our time in ministry, builds you up and reminds you that you are not alone. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 says, “Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up, as you are already doing.”
